1. 基本方針
IROTSUNA（いろつな）の運営者（以下「当運営」）は、ユーザーの個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）を遵守するとともに、以下のプライバシーポリシーに基づき個人情報を適切に管理します。
2. 収集する情報
当運営は、以下の情報を収集することがあります。 【アカウント情報】 ・メールアドレス（Appleアカウント経由） ・プロフィール画像（任意で設定） ・ニックネーム ・ユーザーID（システム内部ID） 【AI生成に関する情報】 ・ぬり絵生成に使用したテキストプロンプト（Black Forest Labs APIに送信されます） ・参照画像として選択した画像（フォトライブラリから選択した場合、Black Forest Labs APIに送信されます） ・生成されたぬり絵画像（Firebase Cloud Storageに保存） ※ フォトライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーが参照画像機能を使用する際にのみ発生し、選択した画像のみが処理されます。 【利用情報】 ・投稿した塗り絵写真・キャプション ・いいね・コメント・フォロー・ブロック等の行動履歴 ・通知設定・言語設定等のアプリ設定 【決済情報】 ・購入・サブスクリプション状況（Apple App Store経由で管理。カード情報等は当運営は保持しません） 【端末・ログ情報】 ・FCMトークン（プッシュ通知用） ・クラッシュログ・エラーログ（Firebase Crashlytics）
3. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。 （1）本サービスの提供・運営・改善 （2）AIによるぬり絵生成処理 （3）プッシュ通知の送信 （4）不正利用・規約違反の検知・対応 （5）お問い合わせへの対応 （6）利用状況の分析・統計（個人を特定しない形式） （7）新機能・アップデートの案内
4. 第三者サービスへの情報提供
本サービスは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 【Google Firebase (Google LLC)】 用途：ユーザー認証（Firebase Auth）、データ保存（Firestore）、ファイル保存（Cloud Storage）、プッシュ通知（FCM）、クラッシュ解析（Crashlytics） データ保存場所：米国（Google のデータセンター） 【Black Forest Labs (Black Forest Labs GmbH)】 用途：ぬり絵線画のAI生成（FLUX.2 [pro]モデル使用） 送信データ：ユーザーが入力したテキストプロンプト データ保存場所：欧州（ドイツ） 詳細はBlack Forest Labs社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 【RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)】 用途：サブスクリプション・課金管理 送信データ：ユーザーID（匿名）、デバイス情報、購入情報 【Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.)】 用途：ユーザー認証
5. 海外への個人情報提供
前条に記載のとおり、当サービスはGoogle（米国）、Black Forest Labs（ドイツ）等の海外サービスを利用しているため、ユーザーの情報が日本国外に転送・保存されます。これらの国は日本と異なる個人情報保護水準を有する場合があります。本サービスを利用することで、この海外提供に同意したものとみなします。
6. 第三者への開示・提供の禁止
当運営は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に開示・提供しません。 ・ユーザー本人の同意がある場合 ・法令に基づく場合（裁判所・警察等の公的機関からの適法な要請） ・人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
7. 情報の保存期間
【アカウント情報】 退会（アカウント削除）時に匿名化処理を行います。ニックネームは「退会済みユーザー」に変更され、プロフィール画像・自己紹介文・FCMトークン等は削除されます。Firebase Authenticationのユーザーレコードも同時に削除されます。 【投稿コンテンツ（塗り絵・コメント等）】 コミュニティの継続性を維持するため、退会後も匿名化された状態で保持されます。 【生成されたぬり絵画像（Storage）】 プロフィール画像は退会時に削除されます。ぬり絵コンテンツはコンテンツデータとともに保持されます（投稿コンテンツとして扱われます）。 【ログ情報】 Firebase Crashlyticsのクラッシュログ等は最大90日間保持します。
8. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。 （1）保有する個人情報の開示を請求する権利 （2）個人情報の訂正・削除を請求する権利 （3）個人情報の利用停止を請求する権利 これらの権利を行使したい場合は、下記お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。 なお、アカウントの削除（退会）はアプリの設定画面から直接実施できます。退会処理を行うと、ご本人の個人情報は即座に削除・匿名化されます（詳細は「7. 情報の保存期間」をご参照ください）。
9. 未成年者の利用
本サービスは、13歳以上を対象としています。13歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。当運営が13歳未満の方から個人情報を収集したと判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
10. セキュリティ
当運営は、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏洩を防止するため、適切な技術的・管理的措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信は完全な安全性を保証できません。
11. Cookie・トラッキングについて
本サービス（モバイルアプリ）ではブラウザCookieは使用しませんが、Firebase等が提供する識別子・分析ツールを利用する場合があります。
12. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当運営は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変化に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更の場合はアプリ内で通知します。変更後に本サービスをご利用になった場合は、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

3. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes. (1) Providing, operating, and improving the Service (2) AI-based coloring generation processing (3) Sending push notifications (4) Detecting and responding to unauthorized use and policy violations (5) Responding to inquiries (6) Analyzing and compiling usage statistics (in non-personally-identifiable form) (7) Announcing new features and updates
4. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies. [Google Firebase (Google LLC)] Purpose: User authentication (Firebase Auth), data storage (Firestore), file storage (Cloud Storage), push notifications (FCM), crash analytics (Crashlytics) Data location: United States (Google data centers) [Black Forest Labs (Black Forest Labs GmbH)] Purpose: AI generation of coloring line art (using FLUX.2 [pro] model) Data sent: Text prompts entered by users Data location: Europe (Germany) Please refer to Black Forest Labs' privacy policy for details. 5. Transfer of Personal Information Overseas
As described in the preceding article, this Service uses overseas services including Google (United States) and Black Forest Labs (Germany), which means user information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside Japan. These countries may have different personal information protection standards than Japan. By using this Service, you consent to such overseas transfers.
6. Non-Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator will not disclose or provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases. · With the user's consent · As required by law (lawful requests from courts, police, or other public authorities) · When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and when obtaining consent is difficult
7. Retention Period
[Account Information] Anonymization is performed upon account deletion. The nickname is changed to "Deleted User," and profile images, bios, FCM tokens, etc. are deleted. The Firebase Authentication user record is also deleted simultaneously. [Posted Content (coloring images, comments, etc.)] To maintain community continuity, anonymized content is retained after account deletion. [Generated Coloring Images (Storage)] Profile images are deleted upon account deletion. Coloring content is retained along with content data (treated as posted content). [Log Information] Crash logs and similar data from Firebase Crashlytics are retained for up to 90 days.
8. User Rights
Users have the following rights. (1) The right to request disclosure of personal information held by us (2) The right to request correction or deletion of personal information (3) The right to request suspension of use of personal information To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below. Note: You can delete your account (withdraw from the service) directly from the app's settings screen. Upon completing account deletion, your personal information will be immediately deleted or anonymized (see "7. Retention Period" for details).
9. Minors
This Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 require parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 13, we will promptly delete it.
10. Security
The Operator implements appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of communications over the internet.
11. Cookies & Tracking
This Service (mobile app) does not use browser cookies, but may use identifiers and analytics tools provided by Firebase and similar services.
12. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may update this policy in response to changes in laws or service content. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
